Oak View 3 Conference and Event Room

Located in the center of the property, the conference room overlooks Las Trampas creek that can be viewed from the outside deck.   With white board or projection, podium microphone, piano and flexible seating, this room can be used for small weddings, funerals, presentations, music or choral rehearsals, meetings, discussion groups, and events that require light play.

Parking

Two large parking lots support the site with free parking 24 hours a day.   Well lit lots provide easy access to either end of the site. The best site parking will be suggested at the time of your booking to ensure easy access to your event.  Special “Event Parking” signs can be integrated into the entrance upon request.

Rates

3 Hours Minimum

Standard:   $75 per hour

501c3:       $50 per hour

Janitorial Fee (if needed) for Set Up/Take Down/Clean Up: $150
