What started out as a Podcast series, morphed into a community gathering for those interested in conversation and reflection on the themes covered in the episodes and a chance to share their insights and perspectives. While the gathering is on break as it seeks a new facilitator, it remains a vibrant way those who feel like they are spiritual but not religious can gather to plumb a kind of collective wisdom.

Self-Guided Meditation
